The cottage is situated well back from the Pickering/ Scarborough road, on the outskirts of Pickering. The property is over 200 years old with old beams etc, but is also tastefully completely modernised with every comfort and convenience.

This house is well appointed and will be checked before your arrival to ensure that all is clean and in good order.

This property is let Saturday to Saturday during season. The house is centrally heated with eight radiators which may be used, at extra charge.

Cooking and heating of water is by electric cooker and emersion heater, electricity is on a £1 meter.

The property provides a quality range of domestic household equipment including a washing machine, vacuum, microwave, TV (including DVD player and freeview), hairdryer, coffee maker, refrigerator, kettle, iron, and electric fires, blankets, pillows, crockery, cutlery etc provided for six persons.

There is parking for two cars in the yard at the rear of the house. Further cars may be parked in Eastfield Road. House trained dogs are allowed providing they are not left alone in the house.

There is a bus stop at the garden gate to Scarborough, Whitby or York. The nearest main line railway station is at Malton eight miles away. It is approximately ten minutes walk to the shops in the centre of Pickering and approximately 400 yards to the nearest supermarket
